In Gaza, 90% of the population seek shelter in community buildings like schools, makeshift shelters, or out in the open.
Hundreds of families have already come to collect ShelterBox aid items like tents, tarpaulins, mattresses, water carriers and kitchen sets from our Gaza-based partner Social Development Forum. We have more aid on the way – trucks filled with tents are joining the queue in Egypt to enter Gaza, and we have supplies stored near Amman in Jordan.
