ShelterBox provides emergency shelter and other essential items to families who have lost their homes to disasters. With operational headquarters in Cornwall, the charity also has 15 affiliate organisations worldwide. The charity has been Rotary International’s project partner in disaster relief since 2012.

In 2022, we spent £14 million supporting disaster-hit families in their recovery with essential items like tents, tarpaulins, toolkits, solar lights, water filters and carriers, blankets, cooking sets and mosquito nets.
With more than 40,000 people internally displaced, ShelterBox is assisting those who have lost their homes to flood waters in Libya.
