22 for 22 Challenge
Step into 2022 with your best foot forward by taking on the 22 for 22 challenge!
Celebrate the start of a new year with a fundraising challenge. Take on 22 miles, your way. Will you walk, swim, cycle, or run? Do it in a day or a mile a day for 22 days? The choice is yours.
Every mile you take will be a mile towards shelter, warmth and safety for families in areas affected by disasters all over the world. Your fundraising could give a family living in the Philippines the materials to help rebuild their home after the devastation of Super Typhoon Rai, which left over half a million people homeless in December 2021. After the typhoon wreaked havoc through the country, families are left in desperate need of emergency shelter. Shelter which ShelterBox is currently preparing to deliver.
You’ll also earn yourself a free ShelterBox t-shirt!
Need some inspiration?
Take inspiration from our fantastic fundraisers who took last years edition, the 21 for 21 challenge.
In 2021 Camilla took on the mammoth challenge of cycling 21 miles every day for 21 days, and enjoyed herself so much she decided to up it to 540 miles total! What an achievement.
Mark swam a mile every day for 21 days, totalling the distance of the English Channel! Could you take on a Channel crossing in your local pool too? What a way to start the year!
Looking for a challenge for your whole group or Rotary Club? Last year members of the Rotary Club of Orkney, each walked, cycled or ran 21 miles over 21 days, pulling a ShelterBox behind them.
