ShelterBox – Request for Proposal – Cold List Provision
ShelterBox is looking for a Cold List provider for our Individual Giving Acquisition Cold Mail Programme for a period of 3 years under a Framework Agreement. The aim is to identify and secure a suitable data company for cold mail, ensuring GDPR compliance, substantial data volumes, and potential for a long-term partnership.

ShelterBox are looking to contract a Consultancy to provide an impartial assessment of the ShelterBox response to conflict in Ukraine serving the dual purpose of accountability and learning.
