ShelterBox – Invitation to Tender – Media planning and buying

ShelterBox is seeking a long-term partnership with a media planning and buying agency. The objective of this partnership is to leverage specialised expertise, industry insights, and established relationships to ensure the efficient and effective communication of our brand. Our ultimate goal is to maximise the impact of our investment in acquisition by significantly growing the number of new cause-led recruits responding to our campaigns.

In the upcoming months, we’re establishing framework agreements for essential services such as TV creative, creative design and marketing, media buying, and print and fulfilment. Suppliers interested in offering these services can bid as tenders are released. Each tender will be assessed separately to encourage diverse market participation and access to specialised expertise. We’ll evaluate proposals based on their alignment with our requirements, promoting fair competition and enabling suppliers to showcase their skills.

The written submission for deadline is 13:00 GMT on 15th May 2024. Please note that all updates regarding this tender will be communicated directly via email to interested suppliers.
