World Humanitarian Day
World Humanitarian Day 19 August is World Humanitarian Day, a day that this year, focuses on the aid workers who put so much of their personal time and effort into helping those in need all around the world.

ShelterBox would cease to function without its staff and volunteers. From the ground up ShelterBox has always been a place where anyone who wants to help is welcomed.

Here at ShelterBox HQ we wanted to celebrate the hard work of all of our staff and volunteers so in honour of World Humanitarian Day we have produced a collection of their stories.

Reflections is for ShelterBox’s humanitarians - those people who give up their free time to pack boxes through the night, the people who travel across the world to dangerous disaster zones to help others, the office staff who, through their skills and experience, make everything possible, the speakers who get others excited about our work and the fundraisers who give so much energy and enthusiasm to the ShelterBox cause.

Thank you
